1. Inventory
It all starts with a site walk & goal setting meeting. Paired with a surveyor, a Latitude 30 designer will visit your property to discuss design goals, gather site inventory and prepare base maps for 3D modeling.
2. Conceptual Design
Design decisions shouldn't be made on the clock, so we slow this part down. We explore all options for your site through 3D visualization & renderings - protecting budgets, minimizing delays, and allowing the design to fully resolve before a shovel hits the dirt.
3. Finalize, Pricing, & Vetting
Following conceptual design, our team will vet key partners needed to execute the design. This may include: artists, structural engineers, fabricators, furniture designer, contractors, and more.
We will coordinate the onboarding and expectations of these parties and work closely to assemble a detailed design set for construction.
4. Execution & Advocacy
Once the install team has been contracted, your Latitude 30 manager will serve as the owners representative - supporting coordination, reviewing progress for design alignment, and advocating for your interests.
