Latitude 30 began as a response to a simple observation: some of the most meaningful spaces in our lives are the environments that surround our homes - yet they are often the most fragmented element of a project.

At Latitude 30, we believe site, landscape, and architectural decisions should be made jointly, not in isolation. How a home is positioned, how spaces related to one another, and how people move through them all influence how a property is experienced.

Latitude 30 was established to guide that process. We help you identify the right team, slow down major design decisions, vet form & function, and design deeply personal outdoor environments.

Our name reflects both a geographic origin along the Emerald Coast and a broader design philosophy rooted in place, and lifestyle. While the firm was founded in Florida, our practice is not limited by location. It is our belief that thoughtful site design can shape how people live anywhere.
